Inside Sales Support

  • FLSA: Exempt
  • Location: Anaheim, Van Nuys, San Diego
  • Pay Scale: (DOE) $60,000.00- $85,000.00

 

Customer Support:

– Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.

– Address customer questions, concerns, and technical inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

– Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.

– Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities, nurturing customer relationships throughout the sales process.

 

Order Processing and Documentation:

– Accurately process sales orders in accordance with established procedures, ensuring timely entry and shipment.

– Prepare and review sales quotes, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation.

– Coordinate with internal departments, such as inventory management and logistics, to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.

– Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the company’s CRM system (Acumatica).

 

Sales Coordination and Reporting:

– Assist the sales team in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and organizing customer meetings.

– Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, sales forecasts, and other sales-related documentation as required.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.

 

Product Knowledge and Training:

– Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technical specifications.

– Participate in training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance your knowledge and ability to assist customers effectively.

– Act as a product expert, providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers and sales team members.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering

– Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

– Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM systems.

– Familiarity with HVAC equipment, systems, and terminology is highly desirable.

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
